Los propios vecinos de Estancia Vieja ya habían expresado su preocupación a Gispert a través de una nota, en la que denunciaban la falta de convocatoria a la Asamblea Anual y la presunta designación irregular de autoridades, exigiendo la restitución de la legitimidad democrática en su localidad.
